How do I get in the space?

There is a main building entrance that is a double blue door between two mail boxes. On the right side of the blue doors is an intercom where you punch in your code to enter the building. Make sure to press (#) pound sign to wake up the intercom and then enter your code. When arrived to your room number there is another keypad to press in your code follow by an enter button.

When do I get the code to check in the space?

Once you have booked your appointment you will be given a keypad code to enter the space. It will be sent via email only the day before your session or 1 hour before the day of.

Can I come earlier than my schedule time?

Unfortunately, we are booked back to back very often and you will have to wait for your time to enter the space.

There is someone still in the studio and my time is next what should I do?

It’s very common for creatives to be zoned into their work and will lose track of time and neglect our calls too. There has been great results where you simply enter the room and politely let the user know you are here fo your designated time for them to leave as you setup.

It’s also okay to kindly ask if you can come in to setup real quick as they wrap up if they are okay with it. Always use your best judgement and if you are shy just give us a contact!


When is the best time of day to shoot?

Depending on the season and weather will provide various different looks to your taste. These results are based on clear blue skies conditions- If you need strong harsh sunlight you would want to book the time range of 730am to 11am. If you need a combo of shadow lines and to airy soft light the best times would be 12 noon to 4pm. Then 4pm to 5pm range would be golden hour inside the studio and after 5pm depending on the season you can still have the soft airy light up to 7pm with faster prime lens you will be fine.


How do I reschedule my appointment?

There are a few options and the fastest way is to self serve your reschedules from the confirmation email sent to you with the option to reschedule or you can shoot us a text but expect a delay in replies as we are fairly busy.

What happens if I need more time?

If you need more time just let us know and we will see if it’s possible to provide you more time if there is no one else after you.

Do the studio have restroom?

Yes! The build has its own restroom to access.

Unfortunately, we are booked back to back very often and you will have to wait for your time to enter the space. To be on time is to be late and to be early is to be on time.

What happens if there is a mess in the studio at my arrival?

As a self check in studio there can be accidents or users that have abused the space. If there is anything wrong with the space please let us know immediately.

What is the best say to contact you?

On a rare occasion we will take phone calls but we highly prefer text messaging we are tracking numerous amount of bookings and need a way to document conversations to prevent double bookings or mistake. Our text message inbox is monitor by several other staff members and we do our best to reply at a timely manner as we correspond to other clients.

Policies & Etiquettes

No smoking, drugs, weapons, or open fires are permitted in the space.

  • No animals our leasing contract agreement does not permit pets or animals at the time.

  • Be polite of those using the studio before and after you.

  • Glitter, smoke bombs, and fireworks are not allowed.

  • Paper confetti and smash cake are allowed with special request and requirements only.

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations.

  • To be on time is to be late and to be early is to be on time. Please be punctual.

  • Return props and equipment to it’s original found place.

  • Be considerate of the space and keep it tidy when wrapping up your session.

  • Any abuse or disrespect of the space or with other members will result in a banned shared with other studios.
